365 Days of Gratitude

As we reflect on 2025, our hearts are full of gratitude. At Ranger Heating & Cooling, this past year was about far more than systems installed or calls answered—it was about relationships built, families served, and a community we are honored to be part of.

We are deeply thankful for our customers, many of whom have become friends, and many friends who now feel like family. Your trust in us to care for your homes is something we never take lightly.

We are equally grateful for our incredible team. Their willingness to go the extra mile, commitment to quality, and genuine care for every homeowner is the heartbeat of Ranger. In 2025, we proudly welcomed 12 new team members, allowing us to expand our service and installation teams. Because of this growth, we were able to serve 1,388 homes, keeping families comfortable year-round, and install 449 new HVAC systems across our community.

Community has always been at the core of who we are. This year, we were proud to sponsor the Orting High School basketball team, Bonney Lake athletics, and a hole sponsorship at the REACH Golf Tournament. We also hosted several free home maintenance workshops, empowering homeowners with the knowledge they need to care for their systems and protect their investments.

Giving back remains one of our greatest privileges. During the holiday season, we were honored to participate in the Puyallup Lady of Elks Giving Tree Toy Drive. Thanks to the generosity of our community, 295 children ages 0–18 received toys, socks, scarves, stocking stuffers, and stuffed animals. Every family also received two weeks’ worth of food, helping make the holidays warmer and brighter for those in need.

As our company has grown, so has our ability to serve homeowners more efficiently and reliably. In 2025, we introduced 24-hour priority scheduling and achieved 24-hour turnaround times on select installations, helping families restore comfort faster when they need it most. To further support our customers, we now handle all warranty registration paperwork for systems we install and offer monthly maintenance payment plans, making it easier for homeowners to stay compliant with manufacturer warranty requirements.

Education continues to be a cornerstone of our mission. Every month, we publish helpful newsletters filled with DIY tips and seasonal guidance to keep homes running efficiently. Our website features weekly blogs designed to educate and empower homeowners. We also launched our popular “Myths vs. Facts” section in our newsletter, where each month we tackle common HVAC misconceptions and replace them with trusted, factual information.

Helping homeowners save money is just as important as keeping them comfortable. Thousands of customers benefited from energy rebates, including PSE heat pump incentives, and we made the process easy by handling all the paperwork—so our customers received the full benefits without the hassle. We also ensure every installed system is properly registered to guarantee full warranty coverage.

When extreme weather hit, our team stepped up. During winter outages, we purchased and delivered heaters to customers without heat. In the summer, we provided temporary air conditioning units to help families stay cool until repairs or installations could be completed. When flooding impacted communities across Washington, we proactively sent text alerts and social media updates to guide homeowners on how to protect their heat pumps and avoid costly damage.

Behind all of this is a team committed to excellence. Every member of Ranger Heating & Cooling continues to take advanced training, learn emerging technologies, and expand their expertise—so we can serve more people, more effectively, with the highest level of care.
