Not only were they efficient and their installation of our AC unit but very informative and took the time to show us how to operate it and to answer any questions we had. The entire team was very professional, and I can say the product that they installed has been wonderful thus far! Although it is now winter time, I have huge peace of mind, knowing that our home is going to stay comfortable and cool this next summer. Additionally, the air scrubber they installed into our ventilation. System has been a game changer for my allergies! I no longer need to have air purifiers going in every room all the time. The cost of installation, and the products were worth every penny. I’m gladly referring all my friends, families and coworkers to Ranger heating and cooling. Thank you and job well done! 😊

There are some home improvement items that you should never go with the best deal and HVAC/heating/ac is one of them. I knew Ranger’s quality reputation before contacting them and when they were able to correct my system within 5 days, I jumped at the opportunity to have them do my work. They performed beyond expectations with great professionalism. I will use them again and I’ve already recommended them to a couple of neighbors.

Ranger Heating and Cooling is a top tier HVAC company. I contacted them in late September about installing a new Trane furnace and heat pump combo. Joe, my salesman was easy to talk with and he took his time with me. At no time did I feel like I was being sold a product. The system was installed in less than a week from initial conversation with Joe, (which I’m still AMAZED with). The workmanship during install was professional and incredibly clean. The installers were on time and easy to work with. The office staff was super friendly, answered all of my questions quickly. I did have a minor worry after the install. Ranger sent Daniel the very next day after the install. Daniel made a small adjust and there has been no issues sense. The level of customer service this company displayed has blown my mind. As far as I am concerned this is a no nonsense, super professional, and experienced HVAC company. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from Ranger!

It's Christmas Day, and Ranger Heating was the only company to make true their 24 hour emergency service promise. Ken was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. His diagnostics of my aging furnace was honest and very thorough. I knew I was in good hands and he got my heat back on in very little time! Thank you so much! BJ

Ranger Heating made getting a mini ductless system installed super easy. Everyone was very friendly, professional and made me feel good about our investment. They didn’t hard sell me on any thing; Joe laid out our options clearly, making it very easy to understand and told us exactly how the install would go. Andrew & Ram were super nice & professional on the install. They delivered exactly as they promised.

Been a customer since 2019 and let me tell you guys Ranger Heating and Cooling has been such a delight to work with. We first called them out when our heater broke Dec 2019 lots of snow was in the forecast that year and when I called them everyone there was really friendly , and you could really tell they truly cared for our situation. They got us scheduled super quick for the initial inspection, they immediately ordered our new furnace ( not to mention they offered to lend us space heaters while we waited for the furnace to come in so our new born baby wouldn't be cold 🤗 ) and we got our new unit installed days later literally saving our Christmas plans and keeping our kiddos warm for the winter.
